A school in Franklin Park, IL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team immediately through May 23, 2025. This role supports a Pre-K through 5th grade caseload and is open to both onsite and virtual candidates.
Position Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 23, 2025 (End of School Year)
- Schedule: School hours, 8:30 AM 3:10 PM
- Caseload: Approximately 30 students with varying speech and language needs
- Location: Onsite or remote options available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP License and PEL (Professional Educator License)
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
